How is the song queue formed in the EvoClub system, taking into account the tables?

The queue is formed according to the settings made on the karaoke system.
The song queue is affected by the following parameters specified in the Evolution Pro2 settings in the EVOCLUB tab:
- number of tables in your club;
- number of songs allowed to 1 table per 1 round;
- maximum number of ‘Crazy songs’ at a time.
- parameters for selecting additional songs.

Let’s consider Example #1. No tables with granted exceptions.
The following parameters are specified in the settings:
- number of tables in your club – 5;
- number of songs allowed to 1 table per 1 round – 2;
- maximum number of ‘Crazy songs’ at a time – 2;
- parameters for selecting additional songs - not added

How these parameters will affect the operation.
Within 1 round, each table is assigned 2 songs allowed to be performed by the guests occupying it.

How the queue is formed.
By default, the ordered songs will be grouped by 2 songs per each table in turn, regardless of the sequence in which the orders for the songs are sent by the tables. In other words, the queue will contain: 2 songs by table #1, 2 songs by table #2, 2 songs by table #3, 2 songs by table #4, 2 songs by table #5. If any table orders 3 songs, then the 3rd song will be carried over to the 2nd round.

Example #2. With exceptions granted to certain tables.
The following parameters are specified in the settings:
- number of tables in your club – 5;
- number of songs allowed to 1 table per 1 round – 2;
- maximum number of ‘Crazy songs’ at a time – 2;
- parameters for selecting additional songs - added to the exception category are: table #2 with 3 songs reserved, and table #4 with 3 songs reserved.

How these parameters will affect the operation.
Within 1 circle, the guests occupying each table not added to the list of exceptions are allowed to perform 2 songs, while tables #2 and #4 may perform 3 songs each.

How the queue is formed.
By default, the ordered songs will be grouped by 2 songs per each table in turn; for tables #2 and #4 - by 3 songs per each, regardless of the sequence in which the orders for the songs are sent by the tables. In other words, the queue will contain: 2 songs by table #1, 3 songs by table #2, 2 songs by table #3, 3 songs by table #4, 2 songs by table #5. If the number of songs ordered by any table exceeds the allowed limit, then the extra songs will be carried over to the 2nd round.

If a ‘Crazy song’ is added, the client is allowed to perform it out of turn. The ‘Crazy song’ does not affect the number of songs assigned to a table. Based on the settings made, a guest may perform only 2 ‘Crazy songs’ at a time.
If several ‘Crazy songs’ are ordered all at once, then the first in the queue will be the one that was the first to be sent to the sound engineer.
