Attention! Deleting the EvoClub User account entails the irreversible removal of user information, and the following user data cannot be recovered after deletion:
- name,
- profile picture,
- email address from the EvoClub User app database,
- information about ordered and favorite songs.
If you are certain about your intention to delete your profile without the possibility of data recovery, follow our detailed instructions below.

Step 1: Open the EvoClub User app menu and go to settings.

To delete your profile in the EvoClub User app, open the menu and navigate to the settings section.

Step 2: Select the "Profile" option.

Once you are in the settings section, find the "Profile" option. It is listed among the options related to your profile and personal data. Click on this option to proceed with the profile deletion process.

Step 3: Click "Delete Profile" at the bottom of the screen.

Now that you are in the "Profile" section, scroll down the screen and find the "Delete Profile" option. Click on this option to confirm your decision to delete the profile.

If you encounter difficulties in deleting your profile in the EvoClub User app, contact our support service by sending an email with a request to help@studio-evolution.com. Your profile and all associated data will be deleted within 30 calendar days.
